Pricing questions
Any transaction where AVIEL's honeybot fires and engages the scammer thread. If the honeybot triggers but the scammer disconnects before engagement, no event is counted. You see every event in your dashboard before the billing cycle closes.
14-day free trial on Detect — no credit card required. You get up to 500 events across the trial period at the full Detect feature level. After 14 days, you're billed at £0.08/event or you downgrade to sandbox-only.
Overage is billed at the same per-event rate — no punitive uplift. Cap protection is available on the Prevent plan: if you exceed your agreed volume ceiling, intercepts continue but overage is invoiced separately at a negotiated rate, never automatically charged.
